CONSIGNORS - READ HERE

There's still plenty of time consign and tag your items. In fact, you can tag all the way up until consignor drop off Oct. 14th/15th.

Tuesday, Oct. 14th

  • 2:00 - 3:00pm - 300+ Item drop off (by appointment only, click to set your time)
  • 3:00 - 6:00pm - Last Name A-M Drop Off. Drop off is by last name. Please stay within your scheduled time to prevent being turned away at drop off.
  • 6:00 - 8:30pm - Working Parent Drop Off Open to all with less than 300 items
  • 8:30 - 8:45pm - 300+ Item Drop Off (by appointment only, click to set your time)

Wednesday, Oct. 15th

  • 8:30 - 9:30am - 300+ Item Drop Off (by appointment only, click to set your time)
  • 10:00am - 1:00pm - Last Name N-Z Drop Off Drop off is by last name. Please stay within your scheduled time to prevent being turned away at drop off.

Thursday, Oct. 16th

  • 8:30pm - 9:00pm - SECOND Consignor Drop Off.  All items EXCEPT clothing accepted.

Wondering if you can consign?

 

If it's child or maternity related, and in good condition, it's sellable. Click here for more details on what you can sell. 

Simply create an account online (here are some easy-to-follow visual instructions), enter your descriptions & prices and drop them off a day or two before the event and we sell them for you. You'll receive your check of 60% of the profits from the sale of your items (65% if you help onsite during the sale), less a $13 consignor fee, two weeks post sale! It's that easy!

You can even donate your remaining items to our 501c3 charity partner for a tax write off, or pick them up after the event concludes on Sunday.

  • To qualify for a pass to shop the consignor presale, a minimum of 20 items or $50 in value must be consigned.

Did you know Just Between Friends has a safety and recall specialist on staff? We know how important safety is to you—and it’s important to us, too! All items go through inspection and are double and triple checked by our recall specialist while on the sales floor.

HOW TO SIGN UP

Click here for easy-to-follow visual instructions. Team Members helping onsite, Consignors, first-time, foster or adoptive parents or grandparents, teachers, childcare providers and military families – here’s how to signup to participate/attend a presale:

STEP 1: Click "Log In" here or in the upper right corner

STEP 2: Enter your Email Address and Password. Can't remember? Click the "Forgot Password" link.

STEP 3:  At the "My JBF Profile" page, SIGN UP for the "North Bay Fall/Winter 2014" by clicking on the PINK SIGN UP button on the right. Then choose how you'd like to participate (Consignor, Team Member, First Time Parent, etc.).

STEP 4: Once signed up, the “North Bay Fall/Winter 2014” event will appear on the left under “My Events.”

To Edit/Modify how you’d like to participate, click the GREEN Modify button under “My Events” to update how you're participating (Team Member, First-Time Parent, etc.). The online shift scheduler will be automatically appear once you select “Team Member.”

Directions

Sonoma County Fairgrounds, Grace Pavilion, 1350 Bennett Valley Rd, Santa Rosa. Conveniently located just off highways 101 and 12. FREE PARKING!

From the North or South

  • Exit 101 onto Highway 12 Eastbound towards Sonoma
  • Exit Highway 12 at the Downtown exit
  • Grace Pavilion is 500 feet on the right.

Westbound via Highway 12:

  • Take Downtown Santa Rosa exit
  • At second stoplight, turn left onto E St,
  • Turn left at stoplight onto Bennet Valley Rd, Grace Pavilion is 500 feet on the right.

Consignors: for easy consignor drop off and pick up, drive through the gate between Grace Pavilion and the race track. Drop off is at the back of Grace Pavilion.

Shoppers: Please enter through the main front doors, facing Bennett Valley Rd.
